What is Islam?
The word “Islam” comes from the Arabic which means submission to God. God appointed the Prophet Muhammad, who was born in Mecca in 571 AD, to convey the teachings of Islam. According to the History of Islam, Muhammad is a descendant of Prophet Abraham, the host of celestial religions.
Muhammad received the revelation of God which were later collected in a book called the Qur’an. In this book of collected treatises prohibitions and commands and religious teachings. To execute Muhammad provides instruction and practice the religious deeds. Hint Muhammad is then compiled in a book of guidelines known as “hadiths”.
Major faith in the religion of Islam is a witness that There is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is His Messenger.
