You can receive traffic from many different sources. It’s hard to decide which ones are the best – but that’s why I’m here. To help you decide which one to choose and which one to stick to.
Among many different ways to get traffic, Yahoo Answers really stand out. It’s really simple way of website or blog promotion and it scales up very fast if you know how to do it.
The basics are really simple. Someone asks question and you provide an answer – it’s simple as that. The trick is to be consistent. But let’s get started step by step.
1.) Look only for questions that are on topic of your website. You don’t want to post answer on football related question if your website is about search engine optimization.
2.) Research that topic before your post an answer. This is very important. Pick those questions that you can give an honest and correct answer with solid and meaningful advices. It will help you raise reputation and after some time, you will be known as an expert in that field. On the other hand, people will find your comment helpful and click on your website link. While we are at link, check next tip.
3.) Always and always place a link pointing to your website in your source box. If you don’t do that, you work is pointless and useless in terms of website promotion – and that’s the main reason behind doing this, right? Oh and by the way, you can use HTML code to add appropriate anchor text to your link. This is useful for search engine reputation as well.
4.) Answer as many questions as you can, especially new ones. Gradually, your rank will increase as well as reputation and you will be recognized and your tips will have higher value.
